Mosaic Knitting with Judith

Guild members were treated to a day of learning Mosaic (or slip stitch) knitting techniques run by our own Judith Edwards. We were given the opportunity to learn at least 14 different complex and fascinating patterns expertly presented and tutored by Judith. The day was unusually quiet (for us!) as members concentrated hard on the techniques. Not many of us progressed quickly through the list but the results eventually achieved were extremely satisfying and we’ll be looking forward to using our new found skills with our handspun yarns and projects. It was incredible how the same pattern could look so different in varying colours, and even hands. Thank you Judith, for all your hard work. It was a real pleasure to learn.
