Yet again our busy members wow the gathering with their stunning work from the past year. We were amazed with dyeing using copper piping from Sally, an incredible woven housecoat using the bark of a eucalyptus tree as inspiration from Carol, clever and wavy woven scarves from Hazel, a most useful circular knitting needle holder using double weaving from Shelagh and even some charming woven crisp packet Christmas cards from Ruth. We were delighted by some gorgeous experimental felting, several wonderful knitted woollies and wrist warmers, lots of gorgeous bags we all wanted to take home as well as some fun and interesting tapestry weaving. We also enjoyed seeing the results of the felted sheep portraits workshop and a mindblowing crocheted cardy in progress.
